However, the colour and appearance of a product may vary slightly depending on factors such as:

• The position and characteristics of the fabric

Many 40 LOVE CLUB products are produced after an order is placed. Because of the production process, minor variations in print placement, print colour, garment dimensions, fabric texture, or overall appearance may occur.

Such minor production variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

Producing a standard product after an order is placed does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available to you.

Where a product is individually personalised, customised, or produced according to specifications selected by the customer, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any relevant exclusion will be communicated before the order is placed.

Product descriptions, prices, designs, sizes, colours, and availability may be changed from time to time.

We reserve the right to:

• Add or discontinue products
• Limit the quantities available for purchase
• Restrict the sale of products to particular countries or regions
• Correct product information where necessary

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from its description.

4. Order Cancellation and Withdrawal Rights

You may request cancellation of an order within 12 hours after placing it.

We will make reasonable efforts to honour cancellation requests received within this period. However, because products may enter production or fulfilment quickly, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production or processing has started.

This voluntary cancellation period does not replace, restrict, or remove any statutory withdrawal rights available to consumers.

Customers in the European Economic Area may generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable conditions and legal exceptions.

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are genuinely personalised, customised, or manufactured according to an individual customer’s specifications.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.

Prices include applicable taxes where required, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Before submitting an order, you will be shown the total price payable, including applicable product prices, taxes, shipping charges, and any other charges collected by us.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other fees may be imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, such charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
