Refund policy

At 40 LOVE CLUB, we hope you love your order as much as we loved creating it. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@40loveclub.com with your order number.

After 12 hours, orders may already be in production or processing and can no longer be cancelled.

Return

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition and packaging

  • Free from signs of use, washing, stains, odors, or damage

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your request, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item or size was sent by us

As a small independent brand, return shipping costs can be significant, so we appreciate your understanding that return postage is covered by the customer unless we made an error with the order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@40loveclub.com if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item or size

To help us resolve the issue faster, we may ask for photos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible item and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that the goods were returned, whichever comes first.
